Simple egg curry

Feel lazy to cook weekends......especially on sundays..
So always prefer the simple recipes that can be done fast .


 Boiled eggs               : 3 nicely diced into cubes
Onion                        : 1 
Coriander and jeera powder :1 tbsp
Red chilli powder                  : 1 tsp(adjust accordingly)
Salt                                         : a/c to taste
Garam masala                       :1 tsp
Curry leaves 
Turmeric powder                  :1/2 tea spoon


In a skillet make tadka and add curry leaves and onions .

Sauté until the onions turn into golden brown.
Cut the egg into halves or quarters according to choice.
Add the boiled egg pieces carefully .
Now add turmeric powder and all spices mix gently .

 Let it cook for some time.
Garnish with coriander .

U can enjoy this with either Roti or rice..
Can have it like a snack too..
